Portable Bluetooth Speaker, 50W Punchy Bass

I recently got the Tronsmart Mirtune S100 Portable Bluetooth Speaker, and it's been an amazing addition to my outdoor adventures. The sound quality is impressive—50W of punchy bass and clear treble that fills the space, whether I'm camping, at the beach, or just hanging out in the backyard. I really like how it delivers powerful sound without distortion, even at higher volumes.

Tronsmart does NOT disappoint !!!

I have another Tronsmart portable speaker and absolutely love it. I wanted to give the S100 a try as it had some features my old one did not have ( adjustable EQ settings & light show settings from the APP)
Tronsmart did not disappoint this is a super great sounding speaker that rivals speakers costing 3 times as much ! I also like the SD card option for times when I don't want to stream music from my phone.
Also knowing you also have a built in power bank to charge your phone is an added bonus.
My opinion is if you are dissatisfied with this speaker .....well then probably nothing satisfies you.
Its a super high-quality sound speaker with lots of features not found at this price.

Nicely Made Speaker with Crisp Sound

This mid-sized water resistant bluetooth speaker features good construction and decent sound. It has a nice heft to it, and looks attractive with tasteful LED light accents. Sound quality is subjective, but to me it favors mid and high range, which it reproduces quite well. Voices and instruments have a nice clarity and detail to them. It’s a little forward sounding, which suits rock and other popular music. Bass is decent, but not room shaking. There is a companion app that can change the EQ for the speaker - I found the “Rock” preset to suit me the best - with a little more bass and a fuller sound. It charges via USB-C, which is great. The connections are behind a rubber door that should keep splashes out of the speaker. Overall, this is a very nice speaker that reproduces music well.

Loud and Versatile

The Tronsmart Mirtune S100 is a loud speaker but does not have as much dynamic range to make it a great speaker. The S100 speaker has cool lights, USB port, micro SD card slot, auxillary port, microphone and a battery charger mode, so it does have advantages. I like keeping this speaker in my car for those just in case moments especially since its like a battery bank and able to charge my phone. Its hard to recommend this speaker when the UE Wonderboom4 is $79 on Amazon and this speaker sells for $10 less. Just purchase the UE Wonderboom4 and enjoy a wider frequency range and much fuller soundspace for $10 more. Overall this speaker would do great in a camping or outdoor setting because it can get loud and you don't necessarily pay attention to the sound quality, pluse it has the phone charging feature should you need power for your phone. Im giving it 4 stars for the wide range of features and price, but will never match the similar priced UE Wonderboom4 which leads the pack in this pricerange.

Tronsmart speakers always punch above their pricepoint

There are a few bluetooth speaker brands that consistently impress me for the quality of sound you get for your money and Tronsmart is one of those.

This speaker is built well, sounds great and has a few nice features on it. As far as the sound, it has a nice weight to it, sounds full and has a proper left and right channel that creates a stereo image (verified via a left/right channel test). I ran some additional tests on this speaker and it'll actually put out some sound with a 40hz test tone. Not much, but it is there. It really starts picking up at 50hz, which is impressive for a speaker of this size.

It's not an "elegant" speaker per se, but it is built well. It's your typical silicone coated/plastic cylinder that companies like JBL have made so popular. The fold down attached handle on the top is a nice touch for carrying.

One thing that does aggravate me about this speaker is the pointless rainbow cycling LED lights on the end passive radiators. You can choose from 4 LED modes, but all of them seem to be a bit random to the music. IMO it takes away from the speaker rather than adding to it, but fortunately you can turn them off entirely. Why can't the end user just pick a color they like and have them be steady like that? A mild solid LED is a lot more relaxing than one that cycles colors constantly and makes you feel like you're at a rave.

For the money, this speaker is difficult to beat. It's a good outdoor/active speaker with good sound to boot. It puts out good bass and has a nice tone to it. Perhaps not attractive enough for the living or bed room, but for the price you're getting a really good value due to the great sound and quality build.
